Design

The Initial design of the website will be done by mewte depending on the requirements from the clients. Any changes to the website will be done after receiving the initial feedback from the clients. It might take 1 to 2 weeks time for the website to finish. So client should cooperate with mewte in finishing the project on time. If in case the the website gets delayed then mewte helds no responsibility and the renewal of the order should be done every month or else the account will get deactivated.

Content

The Client represents to MEWTE and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to MEWTE for inclusion in website or other services provided by MEWTE - owned by the Client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. The Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend MEWTE and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance of websites will be handled by MEWTE. All customers will be provided 2 time maintenance service every month. All updates that are to be done to the website should be sent via ticket from the customer portal. The updates sent through emails will be neglected. Handling of updates will be done within 24hrs, but the time to complete the tasks depends on the amount of work.

Access to website files and cpanel is not given to the clients. Only ability to control the emails will be provided.

Access to customers to edit their own content can be requested by clients, but it may or may not be approved.

Refund Policy

Refund to the website order will only be issued if a request is received within 48 hours from the order date & time. If the 48hrs time limit is exceeded then refund will not be issued for monthly payment websites. If it is for Quarterly payment or Yearly Payment the refund amount will be issued solely on decision made by MEWTE.

Deactivation

The website gets deactivated, if the order is not renewed by the end of the month. During that period the website will be offline or redirected to mewte and email services may or may not work.

Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation of the website, all the content & website files will be retained by MEWTE. No backup will be provided to the client. The Website will be offline and all the email services will be deactivated.
